Final idea

My final idea is to focus on the topic of the inactivity epidemic, and specifically how the school system is not setting up a good base for children to grow upon.

My idea for the artefact is:

1. To create an app that will be used as a homework device. This app will show the child the exercises that they will have as their homework task, this will include videos and descriptions so that the child learns the correct form. There would be a variety of different exercises and sports, as to help the children find the exercises that they like.

2. To do a social media campaign that focuses on using competitions to get people to do exercise. This would be based on dance challenges that are popular on social medias. This could be on various different platforms, such as TikToc or Instagram.

I think that my favourite out of these two is to create the social media campaign. I like this idea the best out of the two I came up with because it is quite open so I can go in lots of different directions with it. Also it would include something that I am very interested in and have studied for most of my life, dance.
